Shipping & Collection Policy 

 

Shipping

Free Delivery on orders of £30 or more, otherwise delivery charge is £3.75.  If an order is placed for delivery, it will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 14:00 Thursday to Saturday and during our shop opening times (below). If the order is received when the shop is closed it will be dispatched as soon as we open.

We ship orders using Royal Mail 2^nd class which means it will usually take 2-3 days to be delivered.

 

Click & Collect

Click & collect from our shop is free. Orders will be available for collection as soon as possible, normally within two hours, if ordering before 15:00 and during our shop opening times (below) Thursday to Saturday. If the order is received when the shop is closed it will be made available two hours after we open.  When your order is available for collection, you will receive an email notification advising of this, please make sure to add us to your email contacts to avoid this email going into your spam.
