Q - What is the delivery timescale?
A - dispatched as soon as possible but within 7 days.
Q - What is the delivery cost?
A - Free for orders over £25.00 and £4.00 for orders under £25.00. Click & Collect is free.
Q - What is the shelflife of our products?
A - At least 4 months shelf life. As we don't use any preservatives we put them through a dehydration process to ensure they stay tasty and crunchy for as long as possible.
Q - Why are our dog treats all grain free?
A - Many dogs have issues with specific foods. Specifically grain (wheat) intolerance is a common allergen in dogs so we never use wheat or any other grain. Read our blog on "Grain Free Dog Treats" for more information.
Q - Why are all our treats gluten free?
A - Dogs, just like humans can suffer from coeliac disease, this is an autoimmune disorder when gluten can trigger a response in the body that can have an unpleasant effect on the small intestine.
Q - Why are all our biscuits vegan.
A - Some dogs are on a vegan diet, this can be a choice from their human but dogs can also have an allergy to many meat proteins. The most common meat allergies are chicken and beef but dogs can have an issue with any type of meat protein. Because our dog biscuits are all vegan, it doesn't mean a non-vegan dog can't enjoy them (non-vegan humans should still eat fruit and vegetables).
