Delivery, Click & Collect, Returns & Recycling
Shelf life & Storage
These treats do not contain any preservatives and are
preserved only with dehydration. They must be stored in a cool, dry place out
of direct sunlight. From the date they are shipped you will have at least 4
months shelf life.
Cakes will be baked on the morning of collection and have a shelf life of up to 4 days if stored in a cool, dry place out
of direct sunlight.
Delivery
Delivery is free for orders of £30.00 or more, otherwise the
charge is only £3.75. We use Royal Mail 2nd class as standard.
If an order is placed before 14:00 Wednesday to Saturday it will
be dispatched the same day. (Please be aware that if an order is placed on a
Saturday Royal Mail may collect it from the Post Office the following Monday.
No orders will be processed on a Monday or Tuesday.
Cakes are for collection only.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is always free regardless of the order
size. These orders will normally be ready for collection within 2 hours - keep
an eye out for a collection ready email (this may go to your spam folder).

Recyclable Packaging
All boxes are recyclable.
Ziploc bags are reuseable and recyclable (remove bag window).
The large refill bags are not recyclable; however the
packaging is minimal.
Feeding Guide
Treats should make up no more that 10% of your dog’s daily
calorie intake. Always supervise while treating and make sure drinking water is
available.
